Use Case: This article is helpful when you need to create an Outlook Contact Group/List
Prerequisites:

Steps:
Classic Outlook:

2. In the new window that pops up, you can click 'Add Members' to add contacts to the group. Select the 'Address book' option to add contacts from within our organization, or choose 'New email contact' to add email addresses from outside our organization.

3. In the Address book view, type the name of the person you'd like to add to the contact list in the search box, then click the arrow next to the box to search for their contact.

4. Double click the name of contact you'd like to add to put them in the 'Members' list at the bottom of the page (highlighted box). If the name doesn't show up in the box, they won't be added to the group.

7. To send an email to your new contact group, compose a new message and type the name of your contact group in the 'To' box. Click the contact group when it pops up.
